Ashwini Anand (Ash) has worked as a Psychologist for over three years across hospitals and Private clinics, including working with various age groups such as children, adolescents, adults and aged care. Throughout this time, she has worked with families, couples and individuals.
Ash has experience and interest in working with clients who has a history of trauma, Personality disorders, Anxiety disorders, mood disorders and eating disorders.
Ash uses evidence-based therapies such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IPT (Interpersonal Therapy) and schema therapy tailored for each client based on their needs. She also focuses on attachment styles, relationships and family dynamics.

An interest in all things sport and food led Jarrod down the path to becoming a dietitian, and he went on to complete a Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition and a Master of Dietetics at Deakin University. He really enjoys the opportunity to work closely with people and help them make simple yet effective changes to assist them in achieving their long-term health goals.
Jarrod is experienced in a broad range of dietetic areas and has a particular interest in gastrointestinal health, diabetes management and sports nutrition. Jarrod provides assessments, diagnoses, interventions, monitoring, evaluation and management services to patients with a broad range of nutrition and dietetic conditions. He has a specific emphasis on the use of evidence-based assessments and approaches and a holistic approach to healthcare that incorporates health promotion activities for individuals and groups. These dietetic services and support are provided to patients under a range of funding models, including privately, TCAs, MHCPs and 3rd party insurers, including the NDIS.
